Unfortunately, it is perfectly legal to do this and this person is probably doing to make you frustrated.

No biggie, I am playing a game with currently 1 rook and 2 queens vs a lone king and am hoping to be able to promote my other three pawns to queens also jsut for fun.

Ya know that is what I wanted to do, but was playing from my phone when it started and it automatically promotes to Q for some reason. Knights also are fun !

my game ardian-nogroho is taking forever. I'm down to a queen vs two pawns in a game I'm going to win. This is fine and all to continue hoping for stalemate, but this game has gone on since late November. He refuses to end the game and only makes a move once every 23 hours.
