Any reviews about thechessworld site?

Among thousands of chess players nobody drops a review about it. It is a sign of unpopularity of the product. Maybe THIS is my answer and shows me how to treat that offer, because in other forums about other similar products there were many members who had bought and could help the others add up.

$20 for the course doesn't seem that much so I might give it a try... It won't hurt my wallet so why not.
The only problem I see is that I cannot find much info about the creator of the course. He does not seem to have a title nor can I find his rating so how credible can he be?
Maybe I'll wait...

Good notice,I read some of the tiny letters at the bottom of the page and I must say that it was a good crash test for my eyes. After that I thought to copy all of them in the Libre Office Writer in order to make them larger.
$20 will not hurt my fortune, but I always want to think before spending even $0.20.
You are right for the creator that he does not have a title.

For sure its stronger than me, but he's not even a NM ... Why in the hell should someone trust him more than Polgar or Dzindishavsili ( just to name a few titled players that made well known courses ) is over my understanding.

Maybe another question... If you dont want to become GM but just want to improve your game, do you really need a GM course?
How many people get professional training from non titled players that are just high rated?
If he has a 1900-ish rating it means he knows the game so probably people from around 1800 won't get much out of the course but people like me who want to improve from the 800 to 1400 range, why would we need to focus on courses created by GM's?
Maybe this reasoning is stupid but I get the analogy from tennis... I play tennis and in order to improve I don't need training from the top players, just a local good player who nobody knows can help me a lot.

My YouTube video lessons course is free. I put out there for all the world how to improve. I have several hundred videos, mostly games analysis and if you start watching them, you will learn to think as I do. My group here at chess.com has over 8,200 members in just 2.5 years. My YouTube playlist is posted on my group wall.

i dont think its a stupid reasoning. I agree with you that a 1900-ish player its good enough to teach a 1200-1500 rating, but nobody knows how well this course is done. If you want a good starting course the Polgar one is famous to be simple, very well done, and for people in this range level.
Why to pay for a "black box" if there are courses that have been proven to be very good?
My topic is about this website and the course they offer at a very good price.
