no response. this trend of every issue being dealt with in a private manner with no interaction or response is probably the biggest reason people like me think staff sucks.

Replying to every bug report that ended up getting fixed would likely take a full time job. The tools they use also may not integrate in a way to automate such a process either, assuming all related bug reports get tied to the same overall ticket. Though that is just speculation.
