Do you have important general advice for over-the-board time management? Sorry if this has been asked before.

GM HANSEN How do you cope with success and defeat? For some professional sportmen and sportwomen is sometimes hard to deal with one or both concepts, so how do you learn to deal with both situations?

Hi Eric, it is absolutely cool to see a GM chatting with us!
I am usually playing Daily Chess here. Do you think that correspondence chess can help a player,to improve the game?
I am often using an analysis board (no engines, of course) instead of calculating everything, and this is certainly not helping me a lot to improve my visualisation. But when playing Daily Chess I have the impression that I spend more time to find a good continuation. And I think it is a great way to learn a new repertoire, as I can consult an opening book.
