Best site to play accurate FIDE ELO tuned engines?

Look I know there are bots on this site. But no, they level 17 engine that is purported to be 2100 isn't accurate. I smoked it. This isn't a flex. It played like a brain damaged, drunken moron on 4-5 bars of xanax. Felt about like 1200-1300. The 1800 bots aren't accurate either.
Can anyone recommend an engine that has a tunable slider to a specific elo or a site that has ELO rating bots that are accurate to what a real FIDE rating would be? Yes, I get the "You will never get that because bots play different" junk, but it's not true. each game has a quality to it and that quality if consistent would have a particular rating in a pool if it played against people. I also get "Just play real people with ratings." I don't want to.
Anyone know where I can find something like this?

C'mon anyone, now lets get this rolling folks. I found one site. I don't know if I'm allowed to post the link or name, but I've found one site. Anyone have any ideas? Yeah I know we have bots here. I get it. But until they tune them to accurate ratings they are worthless. I smoked the 2100 bot and I am NOT 2100 in any format. That thing plays 1300 at best.
