Best tactic ever??

Hey guys l have been losing lately so please suggest a few tactics and strategies so that l can win and also  this will provide the community some education.

Tactics (do some puzzles), learn an opening and good luck.

control the middle by advancing the queens pawn (if white) and challenge any pawns placed in the middle by placing the corresponding one infront of it. develop the knights early to get ahead of the game. always make sure the bishop is active too. remember: sometimes its better to run than to take a peice. saving your pieces is an important strategy

play to counterpunch. it hurts more.
