Why is it that every time I see a famous game with Spassky in it, he’s losing?

I know that he was a very good player, but this is just kinda intriguing.

Yes @blueemu that's a nice game, one of the first games I've memorized.

I'm not saying that Spassky never won brilliant games, or that he's a bad player for that matter, it's just that the majority of the brilliant games I see consist of him losing.
