Bug in live chess - where did the rating points disappear?

I get that warning about "disconnecting too often" - then I see that three games are charged against me (look at my last three games) with 0, 0, and 1 moves - making my rating fall from 2071 to 2048. 

I never saw that these games started. 

It's just that I wanted to play 3 0 - and then it said "challenge accepted" - but no chessboard appeared - and someone simply took rating points from me without playing.

Looks like bad connection. Your internet provider trolled you. Now we must wait for @Diakonia to tell us rating is monopoly money.

I dont think you will be able to do anything about it solskytz, you will have to crush some innocent patzers and steal their points!

This doesn't seem fair.

By the way - I don't expect to receive the rating points back (Just before that I had three nice wins that brought me up exactly from 2048 to 2071...) - but on the other hand one can't remain silent. 

Obviously I know that when I'm "hot" I'm typically over 2100, bugs or no bugs...

<Logozar> - apparently they must have been aborted - but the whole cycle happened invisibly as far as I'm concerned.

I really don't care about the points - but I do want them to notice the issue.
