No, not really. Most titled players here seem to advise staying away from fast time controls until you are very experienced. Oh there are exceptions of course and if you're trying to learn a new opening, a few dozen blitz games might be a good way to test yourself. Wish I remember who wrote this in the forums maybe 10 years ago so I could give him credit..."Blitz and bullet are for titled players to showcase their skills. For the rest of us, the showroom is mostly empty."

have you ever play on blitz mode or bullet mode for the first time and you become frustrated when the time only have like 30-10 second left, not gonna lie playing on blitz or bullet mode making me make a lot of blunder, mistake, and missed win because i only have 20 second left to move but its a good way to think fast right?
