Can I get my points back

I lost my temper and I purposely resigned on the second move several games in a row. I mean, if you look at those games it is OBVIOUS I weren't losing. I mean, if me and the opponent moved one pawn and then I resign, come on. Can an admin please give me points back for those games? I promise I will control myself better in future.

Not gonna happen.

Why on Earth should you not lose points for having resigned because you lost your temper? How about taking some responsibility for your action, gracefully accept the loss of points and learn a little self-control? You are punished not for your anger, but by your anger...

Deal with it. If your level drops, you end up playing weaker players which helps get your level back up. I know from experience.

Of course you'll get those points back. The site has a points back guarantee. If you're dissatisfied with a game for any reason, you'll get the points back. No questions asked.

Yeah, I think playing weaker players helped, as you said. So my typical range is 1000-something, and when I had my tantrums I got myself down to 870; now I am again on the 1000-something range. Still very bottom of 1000-something range, but nothing as unusual.

its a small but necessary thing you do in explaining why you left so many chess palyers seeking a good if not great game v you to not even delve into the richness that is chess , they may not read this thread though so perhaps message them to apologise for your play or lack of it

I didn't waste their time though since I resigned after the very first move (I made that first move so that the resignation would be indeed resignation rather than abort since I was trying to punish myself by purposely losing). But in any case, one single move wasted only a couple of seconds of their time.

I stopped playing for 35 years. Just think of all the points I lost by missing out on years of games. I'll never get them back now.
