Can someone explain this endgame? I suck at chess

Just played this against Stockfish.
that computer is stupid. the computer I played just put his king in front of my pawn, which ended in a stalemate

Can you post the moves? Don't tell me you don't know how to post a game here.

i could post a game. but i cant play the computer from a custom position from the website. i played it on my phone. On the chess.com there is no option to set up a custom position against the computer.
but a game from my phone went like this 1... Ke7 2. Kg5 Kf8 3. f6 gxf6+ 4. Kxf6 Kg8 5. g7 b3 6. Kg6 and its a stalemate

i also had a dozen games where i just hung the 2 king side pawns and took my king to wipe out his 4 pawns on the queen side. he just rushed his king over and got a queen before me every time

Before the solution, a puzzle from the game.
So this is how you game went.
I can understand what the OP is trying to say here, this position is probably not as easily winnable for white as many here might think. It's very easy to miss moves like 8.Kxc4 instead taking the c5 pawn or missing 9.Kb5 costing you the win. Also 10. Kxa4 looks so tempting, but loses on the spot.
So definitely the OP is not trolling, this endgame is more complex than it looks.

just played again using that as a guide and i lost again by stalemate. I can't copy and paste from my phone. How do I play vs the computer in chess.com on PC? using a custom position

Ok, that makes more sense now.
Although you should probably note that 5.g7 is a nonsense move.

I wouldn't go that far.

I'd offer you a hanky if they were free.
i dont need a hanky i just need be able to set up a custom position on my PC and finish the game vs the computer, i can do it from my phone easy, I dunno why they took this feature out of the website on PC. Then I could easily copy and paste my games so people could tell me what im doing wrong

You already posted your moves, and I already told you above that 6.Kg6 was your mistake, and that all other legal moves win.

Ok, that makes more sense now.

but what else is there to do?

whoever came up with chess notation is dumb anyway. Just say like "F6 to E7" then its easy to understand
