If you think Germany and Belgium are fascist countries, you have no idea what fascism really is. That's almost as sensible as try into argue the fact that the Republican Party depends on the votes of old white men validates either of them
Also there are special laws put in place after World war 2, this is European but it makes sense because what happened with the Jews should never happen again.
One could argue that limiting hate speech is fascist in nature because of censorship. But making hate speech unlimited is more fascist. A country like USA where organisations like the KKK can still exist is very wrong, if a country allows the promotion of fascism then I think this is worse then censorship.
The strength of America lies in the fact that they can say one thing and do another but this is also it's weakness.

There are rules here, I should not have to skip over post and advoid post that are demeaning to females. I am not a feminist or pc person by any means. I lived by how I was raised and try and have some class and style. To say on this site there as many post attacking male chess players as female players, that is a joke.I have read multiple post by female chess players about how bad they have been treaded while trying to play a game. I have written with other females while playing them on correspondace and they have some pretty sad tales.

I Just made a simple post stating my view that post on here that are anti-female should be deleted, it violates the rules. After two years of seeing some of these demeaning post I got tired of not saying something and staying quiet. If you can't say something nice dont say it.---There are no anti-male post on here, anf don't make one up now.

If the protection of the First Amendment is to have any meaning at all, then it must protect speech that some will find offensive or disrespectful. Speech everybody agrees with doesn't need any protection.
