To be the youngest, you probably have to be one of the most talented. The average man might be able to become a GM but it will take work and years of toiling.

Not to mention you definitely need to introduce chess before age 10.  Before age 7 seems the way to go, but with a gradual introduction.  Most grandmasters started playing before age 10 (Botvinnik's the big exception), and within three years were already fantastic players, winning tournaments and what not.

Unless a demonstration board is tattoed inside the uterus before the pregnancy begins, you've started too late.

No, you cannot create the youngest, or did you mean Hugest, GM. You'd have to catch lightening in a bottle to be lucky enough to have a child that has the proper combination of intelligence, discipline and OCD to master chess at a very young age. Those can't be created, well unless you are a genetic engineer. For now they are created by nature and your child is unlikely to be the next great one. You have a better chance of getting hit by lightening, tomorrow, at 10:05AM.

This has been done before many times. Nearly all grand masters were playing chess since very young age because their parents were teaching them since probably when they were 1 year old. You cannot just make a youngest GM. It depends on individual genetics and brain ability.

Also don't forget that many kids whose parents teach them too much chess since early age are in one way or another known to lack in other areas, so consider carefully how much time you want your kid to spend on it.
