My cats can swim, just aren't in the picture.
My avatar is Magnus. He was about 10 weeks old when the photo was taken. He's a rescue cat and we adapted him with his brother Bjorn. Name choice was primarily a viking theme sort of thing as my wife and I are of Norwegian descent. Of course, we were aware of the other Magnus. I recently posted a similar thread and was somewhat disappointed with the the small response as I seem to see a lot of different cat avatars when I'm browsing the forums. Oh well.
