Cheaters or bots?

I do not know if the same thing happens with other players, but there is something very strange on chess.com. My rating is between 1500 and 1700 on any chess site I play, but here at chess.com I can not get out of the 1200's. I'm so frustrated that I'm going to abandon chess.com, maybe the level here is higher, pretty much every players with whom I play in the 1100 and 1300 range play practically without errors, in some moments I come to think that I am playing against a machine. Is there anyone else with the same dilemma? Sorry for the english, google translation. Maybe I have some "players" using it -->

This is shocking!!!! Google translation did a good job!!!

Yet again, ratings cannot be directly compared across sites or systems. All a rating tells you is relative ranking on a particular site. Trying to make it mean more than that is a twisted path of ruin.

Oh boy...

tipish

while most sites are starting with 1500 chess.com is starting at 1200 so its basically 300 eli stronger than other sites so if your about 1500 elsewhere your probably gonna be here about 1200.

i think all chess websites have wrong elos

Let's just say you play a bot one in every 10 games, your claimed rating of 1500 - 1700 on other sites  suggest that you are a better player. You should be able to squash the other nine with 1100 - 1300 ratings here. If you can't elevate pass 1200, then you need to look at your games. 1700 here at chess.com is pretty strong. I used to be over 1500 plus, I ran unto a string of strong 1200 - 1400 players (or just my poor play) thus losing over 200 points. Just play and enjoy the game. I only care OTB ratings. Not internet ratings.

Why do you care so much about the scale on which your rating is assessed? It's like measuring temperature in C or F- the temperature is the same, regardless of the scale. Your chess skill is what it is- use your rating in a relative way to measure improvement

There’s plenty of engine detecting software you run to spot cheaters. That being said, I’ve seen less than 10 in close to 12000 blitz games played and since your chess.com rating is meaningless outside of chess.com, why do you even care ?

To know the real rating from chess.com, play daily games (one day /move or two days/move) . Blitz and bullet games are harder here.

im uncertain that correspondence chess(daily chess) at cc can offer a real rating sibi as it allows the players external resources beyond their own ability , such as opening explorers , databases . and of course books on chess , the only true chess rating is to be found not in online chess but otb chess be that for a club or in tournaments , here the player must utilise their ability and the study they have put in to get a result , saying that though i enjoy playing online and dont mind facing players who seem very booked up as it makes the game more challenging and the wins are sweeter when they come

What's the point of using a computer to win in online chess?  There's no money to be won.  I don't see how that would be at all enjoyable to cheat.

I think it may be the opposite, that is the other sites are inflated. I peaked OTB in the mid 1900's, when I quit OTB I was close to my floor of 1700. I figure thats about where I am now. Chess.com reflects this in my rapid games, other sites inflate to about 1900 (dailys seem a bit useless in judging anything).
