This is the 2nd time I have lost because chess.com just freezes.
It is bad enough that every time I sign in, the page disappears, and I get a message saying "A problem with the web-page ..."
But now this. Can you people not fix this?
Posting here does nothing. They don't even see most forum posts.
The only way to get them to see something is to write an email to support@chess.com .

Yes, I think that is one of the assigned tasks for mods. Answering complaints is not one of the assigned tasks although very occasionally you will see something addressed by site CEO Erik.
