How did they remove achievement for 1 four-player game, but kept the achievement for 10 games? This is nonsense

That's absolutely not correct. Achievements were released in 2018

The achievements that are broken didn't all stop at the same time and usually happed after other major changes that caused the existing configuration that made each specific achievements stop working.
The problem achievements are from the past couple of years.

My understanding is there's going to be an overhaul of the system. So they were removed as it would require additional workel for something that's ultimately not going to be used in future code.
