I have no clue about how it should be pronounced, but I'd say that the major chess streamers get the prononciation quite right since most of them probably had the opportunity to meet with Firouzja.
By the way, there might be no need to stress on any part of his name, some languages such as French never stress on any part of a word, we Could See the pronunciation is flattened. I Don't know about Persian, but it Could be like that too.
