I usually do not eat during play, if I do it's usually just a refreshing peppermint or a few cashews (or other unsalted nuts). But it helps to eat focus enhancing energizing (plant based) foods before playing. Or just drink a freshly squeezed pink grapefruit and orange juice.

Sorry but that's ridiculous, the body has ample energy stored. The brain is more focused and alert in a fasted state as fasting stabilizes your blood sugar because your body is not digesting food.

Pizza with extra cheese and extra butter on top, and I put some olive oil generously. With onion flavoured snack chips sometimes
I eat air and water
These days I'm actually tryin butter with garlic and salt, its amazing.. i eat It all day and can't get enough of it
