There have been less than ten black grandmasters in history, and you're trying to tell me that this is okay??? Chess.com should take steps to promote diversity in the chess community by giving advantages to members of specific communities to finally get the race balance we need at the highest level. I am proposing knight odds or equivalent for everyone who puts Black as their race into chess.com. We must actively acknowledge past discrimination and make amends. What are your thoughts on this?

I am not critiquing the skill of any player I am critiquing the system. The players are fine, but we need to account for the racism of the system and actively right our past wrongs work towards amending the errors by increasing the amount of Black Players at the high levels of chess.
