It is a bit strange when I clicked your wallet address on opensea, I can't see the item there. Similar to the one with 123. Used to be that after transaction is completed, it showed up immediately in your wallet. But it did show you own it on the item itself. Probably something goofy on opensea side related display inside your wallet.
