Winning With the Modern London System by Nikola Sedlak

I have all the London System books currently in print. The two best are -
The Agile London System....mentioned in the previous post #3...
and -
Win With The London System by S.Johnsen & V.Kovacevic
https://www.amazon.com/Win-London-System-Sverre-Johnsen/dp/1904600352/ref=sr_1_3?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1478310422&sr=1-3&keywords=sverre+johnsen
a serious London System player will want both books...
Lakdawala's book is ok, but not as good or comprehensive as the two above...The Agile London System is the most recent of the books...
For the sake of more completeness, I also mention Complete Guide to the Queen's Pawn Opening Volume 1 by Anatoly Karpov and Nikolai Kalinichenko (with a few pages on 1 d4 d5 2 Bf4) and Complete Guide to the Queen's Pawn Opening Volume 2 by Anatoly Karpov and Nikolai Kalinichenko (with a chapter on 1 d4 d5 2 Nf3 Nf6 3 Bf4).
