chess puzzles - the tier pathway

I’ve now done over 5000 puzzles on this tier pathway & today is , I think , the first time the solution has been a repetition draw . Has anyone else found this as a solution to a puzzle ?

Yes, there are some repetition draws in the puzzles database.
