Chessbase 14 - problem with fonts

I have a problem with fonts in Chessbase 14 - when I try to change font size in the text sections the dropdown list allows sizes from 1 to 7 only as you can see on this image:

The problem becomes evident when I open databases created with older Chessbase version. Here is an example of The Giants of Strategy by Neil McDonald in Chessbase format that I've purchased from Everyman Chess. When I open it I can see that it was originaly created with Arial 26. However if I want to change the font size only same 1 to 7 are available:

So if I select the largest font 7 here is what it gives:

As for now Chessbase support refuses to acknowledge the problem so I am wondering what's the experience of other users.

Unfortunately not.
