i find most titled players are underrated but i quess they have a life outsude of chess.com

Also, if I'm not mistaken, the difference between 2000 and 1400 is pretty large.
But you forget, our friend Schmuckley, his rating his climbing you know. I fully expect him to be at 2500 before too long. And he has beaten a 2150 before on another site! So he's probably already playing at 2400 strength. Just needs the results to catch up.
Awesome link JMB2010. I know TTT GM Pereira very well, we've clashed many times in the equivalent of the Candidates tournament for Os and Xs, and I have yet to beat him (he's something of a nemesis of mine).
