Conditional Moves can prevent you from going on vacation (unless you are a premium member), so in a sense they are UNFAIR.

I'd have to use a different toilet. Knowing the huge consequences would probably keep me from being able to produce a decent stream.
Nah-- I'd just never flush. Problem solved. Earth saved. 
It can be quite stressful for me as well because I have a future generation to look after as well as playing chess.
Damn, didn't realize you had responsibilities so vital to the future of humankind. You should let chess.com know future generations depend on you, I'm sure they'll be happy to make this little change on your behalf.
