Conditional Moves can prevent you from going on vacation (unless you are a premium member), so in a sense they are UNFAIR.

I'd have to use a different toilet.  Knowing the huge consequences would probably keep me from being able to produce a decent stream.

Conditional moves are either going to be forced or the player using the conditional move thinks you will play the best move he has found and saves the waiting of his opponent to come to the same idea. Your choice to use the conditional move option.
