Difference between FIDE elo and CHESSCOM elo?

I myself hold a ECF rating, that's achieved from over the board playing in tournaments and is ...More Genuine and accurate than any online chess sites rating where you cannot be 100% confident who your actually playing against??!

Brother I am 650(I dont play anymore ) chess.com and 1599 fide .if you are playing more otb and you feel that you perform better otb I think if you're 650 you should go for fide . And now I stopped playing online because I think its demotivating me .

Perhaps this is due to the fact that high-level players encounter more weak players on chess.com than they do in tournaments.
And so they score more Elo points.

This could be corrected if we considered that beyond a certain Elo rating difference, a win does not earn any points, but a loss still results in a loss of points.
