Do this if your game freezes

My last game against CRCA11 froze and I almost lost an un-losable game until I did the following: After trying everything: flipping, clicking the back and forth arrows repeatedly, etc., I completely closed out of the game and out of Chess.com, then went back in. That fixed the problem. What was strange was, with just 14 seconds left I made my next move and only THEN did my opponent resign.

So, if your game freezes, just close completely out of Chess.com, go back in and that should unfreeze your game.

At your level, there is no such thing as an "un-losable game"

Huh, that was a sweet thing to say Mr. Fish.

Uhm...FishEyed...fools? At YOUR level you should know better. Perhaps if you ever make it to over 2000 your capacity for discernment will also improve. Two rooks, a bishop and 6 pawns against just a king, with two minutes to go equals an un-losable game. PERIOD. At best my opponent might have gotten a draw; that’s not losing. Un-losable. PERIOD. Checkmate.

Oh unless of course you count “a frozen game” as a strategic option in chess. THEN, yes: I would’ve lost had I not been able to unfreeze my game. So, if you can demonstrate to me that digitally freezing a game counts as a strategic option in chess, I will concede your point

Actually, It would have been a draw, insufficient material v.s time out

When my game freezes, I go put on an extra sweater. What did I do wrong?

My game just froze. I restarted app and I am back at Home Screen. They generously allowed me to start a new game. I could not be more pissed right now.

That happens to me occasionally when I play on my phone. Usually I restart my phone, clear everything, and it works pretty well.

I've done exactly the same and won.

The program has "frozen" very frequently this past month. The only things I can do is < or close the app. Either way I get credit for a loss. Any ideas please?
