No, take the win. How would you even know if it was a genuine mouse slip - they could have “mouse slipped” on purpose to try to get a draw out of you. It’s not your fault they can’t move their mouse correctly.

Regular i accept. If it seems opponent is waiting or not sure (younger or gentlemen himself eg.) i offer sometimes. Sometimes i don´t either.

I usually wait a couple of seconds for them to resign, and if they don’t, I resign.
Mouseslips are part of that online video game which looks like chess, and are equally important to mindslips. No reason to offer, or accept a draw after one of them.
