The average rating is lower than 2000, so most will consider it good. The "great players and masters" will not consider it very good.

Yeah, looks like the blitz average on this site is 1100... not sure this is a great benchmark, but of course 2000 is above average anywhere.
Idk because I see such great players and masters constantly on live chess.
