Christian rap does that for me and it makes the experience more enjoyable. There is no right answer it is a matter of what you like
I like calm jazz, sometimes acoustic and I often listen to classical because of how studies have shown that it can benefit memory as well at brain function so I often listen to Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin and Vivaldi (my favourite)
And sometimes I listen to metal, Five Finger Death Punch isn’t exactly calming though
