As is life? Or perhaps you are the game to life?

I already said chess doesnt exist. lets prove it ancient-greek style!

Assume chess exists. if chess exists, then the world that contains it must exist. however, if chess exists, then an infinite amount of things exist. and if an infinite amount of things exist, then the space that houses these things is infinite. but if the space is infinite, it doesnt exist (as a closed object). therefore your assumption is false and therefore chess doesn't exist!!!!!!

rather than attacking my character you should attack my proof, otherwise it stands and you look like a fool

your proof is a spoof

well if you so feel prove why, otherwise it stands as is

if you like you can attack maybe the part that chess is material and takes up a space. because if it is immaterial we are speaking about then the world can still be finite, housing infinite immaterial objects since they dont take up a volume... just a possible start, although im ready to defend my TRUE position!!!

i agree, if you dont attack my thesis

let's go if you all think chess so of course exists prove it.

your mind doesnt exist. lets prove it ancient-greek style!

Assume your mind exists. if your mind exists, then the world that contains it must exist. however, if your mind exists, then an infinite amount of things exist. and if an infinite amount of things exist, then the space that houses these things is infinite. but if the space is infinite, it doesnt exist (as a closed object). therefore your assumption is false and therefore your mind doesn't exist!!!!!!

substitute anything you like for chess and thus prove it does not exist.

is this train of thought a support for position Y that chess doesn't exist?

Avatar of Trash_Aesthetic

or is chess somewhat special from other things in this world? let me know please thanks

? how is any1 supposed to understand that?

this is easier to understand: iliahwtit.

the "mind" (not brain) is immaterial and doesn't take up volume, as i mentioned earlier. so it's plausible that it can exist. and so can chess as an abstarct concept. but if its material then from what i've established it clearly doe snot exist, unless you want to take a stab at that proof

Avatar of Trash_Aesthetic

Essentially the world is finite, so if something exists in it, it must be an abstract concept. for if it is material and we have inifinitely material objects the world would not be finite. perhaps we have finitely many objects but then the problem is how to divide the objects, where is the line, and we find we create the material boundary by our immaterial minds, which, as kant said, is illegal and "trespassing our bounds" (reason trespassing reason)

Avatar of Trash_Aesthetic

therefoer, CHESS DOES NOT EXIST. Prove it guys if you dont agree. or say you agree and move on knowing nothing material exists

There exist two main classes in society in which good and bad are defined relative to each class and in which the inferior class is actually the desired one, since it facilitates true love. Such completeness through love transforms the couple into compassionate beings, which leads one to happiness.

If you're from the first class, you'd say of course chess exists. If you're from the second class, you'd say chess doesn't exist, fall in love (which you think exists) instead, and be happy. Of course either way your words are empty, there is no truth but just a viewpoint
