i dont know but i want choclate right now but i have none, thanks for making me want something i cant get. Even though im not a fan of dark choclate, but normal choclate would be pretty cool right now.

It is a popular misunderstanding that chocolate should have a stimulating effect on the brain ; no : the quantities of certain substances are very small, that means that a normal human being has to eat many dozens kilo's of pure chocolate, for only the slightest effect !
By the way : I do love pure chocolate very much, so...
cocoa contains caffeine and caffeine is a drug that has a physiological effect on the brain.
the effects vary a lot though.
I tried with tablet of 200mg of caffeine (that's like 5 coffees all at once) and I didn't feel anything.
guys does eating dark chocolates keeps the brain active for few hours does this helps during chess match????
is it myth or scientific fact???
