You know it has to be claimed? After the position has been repeated 3 times, hit the draw button and the game will automatically be drawn.
The system isn't perfect as normally you're supposed to claim before you repeat for the third time so I'm not sure how it works if your opponent moves quickly.

Hmmm... I'm wondering if you "offer" draw then make the third repeating move if it functions the same way.

I don't think there's any process built into the system for 'pre-claiming' but I could be wrong.
there is a mistake in this amazing web; sometimes the draw for repetition doen not work
