DWZ rating

Hi,

I'm currently studying in Germany and I also play chess here. I don't have any DWZ and don't play any FIDE rated tournaments. It seems like I'm going to play about 17 matches here over the period of 6 months.

1. Will I have a DZW even though I'm not from Germany and already have both czech and FIDE rating?

2. How should I compare my rating to the DZW? Is the about the same as FIDE?

Of course ther follows a mate and Tom83B has showed us a solution, but also Th7 follows with Th8 is a mate, because ther is no way out for black. A very good puzzle and thanks to Tom83B who gives with the picture a good practise.
