R vs B is not that easy either for the Bishop, it's very easy to make a mistake.

If you're talking about Navarra, he was in a winnig position, but he offered a draw, because earlier in that game he accidentally touched a figure which he didn't want to, but his opponent let him to move with the other figure...

Anyway, most of the endgames are very hard.

I am talking about a game between Boris Gelfand and Peter Svidler, Black should win in 6 moves but the game was a draw because of the fifty-move rule.
it is also in the wiki. both players have a peak rating over 2700.
