I mean, true, it WOULD be holdable, but I haven't studied enough rook endgames to actually draw... my only hope would be that my opponent did the same.

I'm not seeing how. I followed the solution to the end and I still don't see it.

After re8, rd8 automatically wins the rook, and there are no moves to stop this.

Sorry, not seeing it. Black just advances their pawns, leaving the King on C4
