I don't think that makes it a fake gambit.
White would never give a gambit if he couldn't ever get a return and black could trade into a winning endgame.

Is the Evans Gambit a fake gambit cause so far literally everygame I've seen or video I've seen on it black has to give back the pawn or face imidiate mate or huge material loss. Is there a line where black holds onto the pawn without losing right away or losing huge material ?
