Can anyone help me find older posts I made some years ago .
I think the only way is to click the “Following” forums of yours and manually scroll through your threads posted in that way.

For the main forums you can use https://www.chess.com/forum/my_posted_in_topics though that's not available in the UI anywhere, and could stop working at any point.
If you haven't changed the default setting of automatically following content you post on, the option @KeSetoKaiba posted works.
