Make sure your mindset matches.

I was going to recommend you play slower games -- but you do!  (30 minute).  Good job.

A quick look at your last game, I see that you were hanging pieces all over the place.  You were in a 30-minute game, and so my guess is you need to be more rigorous/discplined in your thinking for each move:  make yourself do "CCT" -- look for all captures/checks/threats for you and your opponent for every move.

If you keep playing and keep thinking about the moves (and keep doing those puzzles), these things will come to you.

Good luck!

It always feels good when you really get a chance to apply puzzle tactics in a real game, though it’s hard to find...still, in longer time controls you  always enough time to pay attention in your game like to check up all the weak points of opponent and to rectify your weak points...

Post game analysis will help. Anything you missed will be shown to you and hopefully you remember it next time.

Look at all forcing moves first before you move in a game. I shouldn't be giving advice 🤔 I am terrible at chess 😔

CCT... yay. Never heard of it, and I will probably never forget anymore. Thx.

Excellent!  (When one gives advice, one often wonders if anybody listens to it ;-) )

(BTW, it rolls off the tongue better in a difference order: checks, captures, threats -- and, actually, that should be the order anyway)

@Bumvinnik's advice is also solid.

Another thing I've tried is playing a bot from time to time with a single goal: can I get through the entire game without a blunder?  In that way I can take as long as I want without the pressure of time control, or even feeling the pressure that another person is waiting on you.

Good luck to both of you!
