@llama, no need to be so toxic.
I am sorry @EnergeticHay, here is a more specific question:
What opening would you recommend for a 1500 USCF rating?
An opening that fits your style
I can't really recommend any openings when the question is that general. Could you maybe ask something like "what would you recommend against the Sicilian Defense as white?" or something like that?
what do you think about this game? I was black, and please ignore the last few moves, I was in time trouble and messed up
22...g5 was a bad mistake
My coach plays the french defense when she is black
Yeah tell her to teach you it, it is amazing
lol i'm not a fan of the french defense, but if you have an expert who can teach you it then go for it!
@EnergeticHay, what would you recommend as an off-beat line to play against the Sicilian? I'm getting tired of always playing Nf3 and d4.

1. e4 c5 2. g3 - I don't know how to play that but I've seen it before. You just develop your pieces and play I guess
Go cry to your mommy or the moderators. I don't care which.
Either way, stop pretending you have something useful to say.
You don't.
@llama get the hell out of here. Blocked and reported
+1 He abused me too.
Anyways, which line do you recommend to counter the Sicilian defense ?
I honestly think playing 2. Nf3 and 3. d4 is simply the best way to play
I have a condition called aphantasia, which is the lack of a mind’s eye. Because of this, I can’t visualize positions in my mind, making it hard to calculate lines and look ahead. How can I calculate better?

oooh, sorry to hear that. That must be tough. I guess you will just have to spend more time than others to master the skill! Solving puzzles/tactics is the best way to do this
In blitz, I generally lose by time in winning positions, but if I play fast, I generally resign in losing positions, or I get checkmated. What should I do? Do you have any tips for me to think faster?

um... seems like you're at a point where you're stuck. Stop playing blitz, and study!
