Why does the game keep freezing up or aborting?
You are new here. Most people have no problems. If you do, it's probably because you have a weak connection or an old computer with low memory. You didn't say how you connect or what type of device you are using.
connect with Time Warner high speed , got a new high speed computer, Don't have any probems on any other gaming site. Thus, can only see that it is this site
I don't know what to tell you. They suggest using the Chrome browser. I used to find that it choked sometimes on video ads before I installed AdBlock.
Used to be good, but lots of freezing lately.
This site in the last 2 days is HORRIBLE! What is the deal? Freezing, freezing, and more freezing. Well, I'm against ad blockers, But....

It is winter time!
Obviously, During the winter freezes and cold weather are to be expected.
I don't see the problem or what all the fuss is about.
My helpful advice would be to wear extra layer of cloths or to get a blanket.
I also have freezing problems. I am not knew here and my browser works well with EVERY other site. Just got a warning about abandoning games because my game froze again. I'm very frustrated with this site.
It is the site, it is highly unstable and poorly run. Don't attempt to get help, the staff will fail you
