Fried liver users are evolving 😭🙏

As you all know the infamous fried liver attack, The annoying trap that makes you instantly lose a rook in the 6th move

I think everyone knows how to counter it but the problem comes with different variations 

This is the regular fried liver attack now the impressive thing is they came up with an upgraded version I call it Four knights game: Fried liver attack which is simply the fried liver but additional horse

And we all know (or if you don't) to counter it you sacrifice the knight to lead the opponent to a fork (forking the bishop and knight)

Maybe there are other counters to it but I don't really know

But fried liver users didn't like it and instead came up with a better option they got 5. D3

The idea of d3 is simple. It stops you from sacrificing and leading to a fork. I really have no idea how to counter that. Maybe going h6 to stop the knight from hopping but is there is really a strong counter to any of the 3 fried liver variations? I really want to know.
