Here is the position I hate the most, me as black:

oh yeah. That's right. But the problem is i just can't resign! İ will wait for stalemate but in this position:

well, that isn't certanly checkmate. İn fact it gives you room to do:

I have never ever reached either of your positions on the losing side, except in blitz. The players I play with would call me nasty names for not resigning.
really? well in blitz i would go for a draw because you can't even take you're time!
