I dont feel inept at 1100~ the 1100s are mostly easy though i did play like a 30 move game where both i and my opponent played 95 percent accuracy which that game definitely felt like i was hitting a wall but maybe not inept. For us who never really played chess as kids its not that bad of a rating for a relatively new player on here

1100 is not beginner any more but on the lower edge of intermediate. 1100s do not play weird openings like players in the beginner range (sub 1000). They also start to develop tactical ideas. But you can quite easy beat them in the middle game cause of their lack of positional understanding. One move patzers are also still quite common in this range which can change the outcome of the game instantly.
