you cannot earn one unless you become a titled player. (CM, NM, FM, IM, GM) then chess.com gives you a dimound membership for free.
There are some giveaways during Live streams. Some not a lot. You could try those.
Do you know how to hack and get one?
Well if you are willing to invest time you could do surveys for money then use that to buy memberships.

If you checkout the live events they often have little contest where they give free Diamond membership. I'm the live broadcast of Carlsen vs Guseinov I believe they had a hair photo shop give away.

Actually I think if you have rating around 1800 you can contact staff about a gold membership.
