The only thing I can do on my iPad in v3 is post videos, absolutely nothing else works, so it's a big blow for me. Erik thinks it's because my iPad's IOS is 9 and v3 needs 10.

While the browser doesn't control the website, some browsers handle things differently and may work better. I use Firefox Developer Edition and it works great for the site and last time I tried regular Firefox it too worked well. Chrome has worked when I try it. Of course, other software on a system can cause issues (as well as plugins in the browser).
I'm also on the beta and some recent changes made mobile playing have problems (mobile Chrome and a Chrome-based browser), but most of the site still works fine. Of course, they'll likely get that problem fixed pretty quickly.
You did not answer the question "How do you know?" did he tell you or do you make stuff up?
And also if people don't like somthing a video is not going to change anything you have posted incorrect chess.com promises before to me

As to anything I may have posted about that was incorrect, and not opinion, I'm only human. And if I was indeed incorrect and that was pointed out to me, I would have acknowledged my mistake (unless I didn't see it again).
