Imma guess 1900, 1950 and 2000 for the 2nd game since
1. The opponent resign when he is going to lose a knight
2. I see no mistakes or blunders
3. Terrible openings are to get opponents out of theory
Sidenote: white missed knight to c8 on move 20. Might it be due to it being blitz

I still would have guessed 1600-1700 for that game. White missed a tactic... OP probably shouldn't select 20 moves games. Even very low rated players can develop during the first 10 moves, and then play a few reasonable moves after that.

If I'm not wrong. High elo blitz players premove a lot like bullet. I'm not very sure about that

I wouldn't be surprised if I'm guessing too high, but white actually did a number of reasonable things. Even a few move that I didn't like could make sense in blitz, and the players paid attention to piece activity and weren't changing plans every few moves.
