What can I do? This person keeps harrassing me and my family on chess.com, and nothing I can do. They are making this difficult for us.

Um, block them.

NO, don't you understand??  He can't just BLOCK them, that would be too easy.  We need to complain about it to everyone first.

Just to point out what (apparently) is less than obvious ... you can block a userid, but you can't block harrassment. New userids take about 60 seconds to create.

But you can hide. You and your family can create new userids and keep your names hidden.

Did you contact the authorities?

Assuming I'm a troll, still no good for me or my family. If these people do not wish to exist in public, what can I do?

You do not actually want suggestions, do you? Why are you here?

        Why don't you just name them here, now??  That will get the attention of staff, and the good people here won't play them either. If your not willing to name them, something smells funny!

Are they doing it in person or over the computer?

      Thank you Zealandzen;  This is either macer or basmanny. They found a list of banned accounts from 5 yrs ago; now the'll give the staff something to do for 3 weeks.
