Not possible on chess.com.
Play from FEN is a feature I and several others requested years ago but they have been busy making absolutely no changes to the site over the last three years.

You'd be best off downloading a GUI (e.g. Arena) and a chess engine (Stockfish, Houdini) etc.

Just doing a search, it seems that there are iphone apps now that are based on Stockfish. I saw something called Smallfish that looks pretty good and is free. It uses the same Stockfish engine that is 3200+ strength. Of course, its probably not going to play 3000+ strength on an iphone, but its free and looks easy enough to use.
hi, is there anywhere on chess.com or maybe online elsewhere, where you can first set-up a chess board putting the pieces where you like (i.e. to depict a certain moment from a particular game), and then second, get shown the best moves from that moment (and with reasons why)?
